This item adds two (2) USB 2.0 ports to the MacBook Pro via the ExpressCard/34 slot.  Since there are no USB ports for the MacBook Pro 15" first generation models, we especially recommend this item for our users with those notebook computers.  Includes AC jack (for bus-powered devices-5V/2A 3.55mm) on the side of the card. AC Adapter is sold separtately.
