Contact
In order to offer our customers the most satisfactory service,
we think e-mail communication is best. Telephone support does
not give us the proper amount of time to investigate customer
questions and issues, nor to make tests if needed. Your Mac Store.com
provides e-Mail
support only. We will always reply within one business day,
and usually within 12 hours.
Returns
Your overall satisfaction with our company and staff is our
number one goal. We eat, sleep, and breathe customer service,
and constantly work to improve our products and services.
If you find yourself with an item you wish to return, please
review the following:
DOA or missing items: In the unlikely event that your item
is “dead on arrival” or is missing an item or
items, contact Your Mac Store Customer Support by e-Mail.
Please DO NOT contact the shipping department directly to
file a claim, as this will delay the process. And shipping
charges from us or returning shipping cost are not reundable.
We take care of shipping cost for replacement.
Defective products: If your product is defective,
please contact Your Mac Store Customer Support by e-Mail.
We will attempt to solve your problem by e-mail. We're pretty
good at this, but sometimes an item needs to be returned
to us, and we do not pay for return shipping and shipping
charges are not refundable.
Return of non-defective products: All returns must be authorized
by Your Mac Store within 30 days
of the invoice date. All returns, other than for defective
items, are subject to a 15% restocking
fee. Some items are not eligible for returns. Please
check the individual product's return policy for more
information. We can only accept returns in the same condition
and packaging as they were shipped -- New Factory Sealed
items must still be sealed -- or else you may be charged
a packaging fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Prior to shipping your return, please e-mail
us to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Items must be returned within 10 days
of receiving your RMA. Please mark the RMA number clearly
on the outside of your return package, and ship to:
Vintage Computer Inc.
Your Mac Store Department
Attn: RMA #_______
2909 Oregon Ct. Unit C8
Torrance, CA 90503
We
STRONGLY recommend that you send your return fully insured,
via a traceable shipping method. We are not responsible for
late, lost, or misdirected packages, nor for products that
are damaged during return shipping.

additional or independent warranty. All warranty claims must
be made through the product manufacturer, not through Your Mac Store.

so stated by the Your Mac Store warranty, Your Mac Store will
repair or replace, at our option, the REFURBISHED product

is made only to the purchaser whose name appears on the
original invoice, is non-transferable, and is void if
resold. Service by a non-approved technician voids any
Your Mac Store warranty. If Your Mac Store accepts a product
for the repair of a manufacturing defect, but discovers
that the problem is unrelated to a manufacturing defect,
or occurred as a result of service by a non-approved
technician, buyer agrees to pay Your Mac Store $85.00 per
hour for such repairs. No merchandise will be accepted
for repair or replacement without a prior Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA). To obtain an RMA number, please e-Mail us.

regarding the merchantability and fitness of the products
you have purchased for any particular purpose. Your Mac Store
makes no warranties that the products you have purchased
are compatible with any particular software or non-Your Mac Store

warranties, expressed or implied. Your Mac Store shall under
no circumstances be liable for special, incidental, or consequential
damages including loss of profit, even if it has been advised
of the possibility of such damages. The maximum liability
for all direct damages, if any, arising out of any action
